The Management in obtaining detailed report of individuals consumption of meals. The Canteen Managers in predicting exact no. of people who will visit the canteen for meals with canteen menu as selected by each person for a particular shift. The Employees will enjoy selecting different food menus as per requirement.

How it Works?

  • Initially, people will swipe their card on the "canteen reader", while resuming on the shift.
  • The menu item on the keypad of the "canteen reader" can be selected as per choice.
  • On the menu item selection, the "canteen reader" issues the canteen coupon from the thermal printer.
  • This coupon acts as a confirmation of the menu selected by the person, inclusive of company name, card code, date, time and menu item selected.
  • The same coupon is presented by the person visiting the canteen at the time of meals to the Canteen Personnel.
  • Whenever a coupon is issued, "canteen reader" will store the same 'coupon-data' in its nonvolatile memory.
  • All the records will be sent to the PC immediately.
  • Within 5 minutes, a canteen report will be ready which can be sent to the Canteen Manager, to make arrangements for the meals in that particular shift accordingly.
  • If Canteen PC is on the same network, this report can be viewed/printed by Canteen Manager.
